Huset totalrenoverades under 2010-2014. Fullt utrustat kök med märkes vitvaror från 2018-2023, och luckor från Kvick kök. Golvvärme och Parkettgolv i hela huset förutom hallen och badrummen som har klinkers. På nedre plan finner du hallen med Gott om förvaringautrymme, gäst badrum, stora öppna sällskapsytor, stort matrum, kök och tillgång till stor balkong och trädgården.

The house is 2 floors plus basement. The full house was completely renovated 2010-2014 and equipped with heated hardwoodfloor of top quality. The main floor has open floorplan , dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and entrance with lots of storage possibilities.

2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and washer & Dryer. The overall living areas of the main unit is 150sqm.

Garage and the garden house are approximately additional 50sqm.

There is a garage which can be used for storage and with parking space on the lot.

The backyard is very pleasant with room for entertainment, seating areas and playing. There are plenty of berries and some fruit trees on the lot.

There are great Swedish day care and schools in walking distance.

Rental period for the house house is minimum 2 years and up to 6 years.
