In general

There is one condition for all purchases on HyraBostads that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The user's marking of the field "I accept the terms of conditions" and "Accept Bostadhyra's terms of service", must be considered to constitute an agreement between you and HyraBostads, after which HyraBostads and you are bound by the terms. The purchase agreement is made between you (the advertiser) and HyraBostads (advertising intermediary). When creating rental ads, HyraBostads must be aware of the lease's full address such as the landlord's name, address, telephone number and e-mail. If this information is not provided, the advertisement cannot be approved and advertised on HyraBostads. HyraBostads does not allow the ad text itself to contain contact information in the form of telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, company names, websites or the like. This information will be removed from the ad text. HyraBostads points out that it is not permitted to create several ads for the same lease, and that each ad should deal with one lease, and that the lease must under normal circumstances be able to be rented on a monthly basis, at least for a whole month. HyraBostads also reserves the right, at any time, to reject advertisements without prior dialogue with the landlord and regardless of the reason.

Right of use

Your login to HyraBostads is personal and may therefore not be passed on, lent or sold to others, just as it is not allowed to use your access to pass on information that is only available behind your login, e.g. contact information for landlords or home seekers. Violation of the above is investigated in more detail and can ultimately lead to immediate blocking of your housing search / advertising without compensation from HyraBostads. HyraBostads reserves the right to update our guidelines and business conditions, including personal data policy and cookies, on an ongoing basis, as needed, and announce the changes on HyraBostads. If you suspect that your e-mail address or your password for HyraBostads has been misused, you can always contact our customer service through our support: https://hyrabostads.se/contact or contact us at [email protected] immediately. Then we will take a look at the matter.

Payment and subscription agreement

By payment, you accept that HyraBostads may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or mobile bill. As soon as the payment is completed, the service will be visible on HyraBostads. As advertising starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase. The advertisement runs for the specified period and cannot be canceled. If an ad or user is deleted, the remaining period of the service will be lost. Any form of online transfer of money is done via an encrypted connection. This means that, for example, credit card information cannot be read or intercepted by others. An encrypted connection can be recognized by the fact that in the status bar of your browser there is a lock icon where the lock is closed. In order to provide maximum security of your payment card information, HyraBostads does not store your card information. This means that we meet very high safety requirements.

Prices

The benefit package costs only 9 kroner for the first 3 days and then the subscription is renewed with 399 SEK per 4. week which is deducted automatically until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe 24 hours after the completion of the purchase and can be done under your account settings (Click on "My profile" then under "My benefits package"). Please note that you can only get the Intro offer once.

VAT

All prices are incl. 25% VAT.

Delivery & delivery time

The ordered product or service is delivered immediately after payment. The amount will be deducted from your card immediately.

Subscription

You can cancel your membership at your convenience and the subscription will then expire at the end of the period paid for. However, it is not possible to terminate the membership within the first 24 hours.

Conditions for ongoing subscription

When you click on purchase and complete the payment process, you also indicate that HyraBostads may withdraw the agreed amount on an ongoing basis, cf. the selected subscription. The selected subscription is automatically renewed until you unsubscribe under "My profile"> "My benefits package"> Click "Unsubscribe benefits package". You can also contact us via our support system, which you can find here: https://hyrabostads.se/contact or by our email: [email protected]. However, for technical reasons, you can not cancel the subscription for the first 24 hours.

Procedure for renewal and deletion of card number

If your card is closed, we consider this an unsubscribe. This means that you will be able to use your remaining paid subscription period, and then you can use another card to renew your subscription if desired.

Right of withdrawal

Cf. According to the Consumer Contracts Act, a 14-day right of withdrawal is granted on your purchase - but only if you have not used your subscription. Therefore, if you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, immediately after your purchase, go down and click on "contact us", make a support case and log off until you receive a response. It is important that you do not use your subscription. If you use your subscription, you can not withdraw your purchase, but you can always unsubscribe from the current subscription, so you do not have to pay for additional subscription time.

Warranty

If the service has been taken into use, the right of complaint lapses. If the product could not be used due to errors on the website, the user can get extra subscription time corresponding to the time the service could not be used. This requires the user to send documentation so that the service could not be accessed - e.g. a screenshot.

Rules for advertising

Any advertising must be designed in a good and sober tone, so that the content can in no way seem offensive. It is e.g. not allowed to:

  • Harassment
  • Bring false accusations, etc.
  • Bring threats of violence
  • Bring pornographic material
  • Encourage illegalities
  • Make racist comments

Disclaimer

HyraBostads mediates the contact between tenant and landlord and is not a party to the actual rental of a product / service. HyraBostads therefore does not provide any form of guarantee or insurance for your rented / leased product. It is the tenant / landlord's responsibility that the product / service lives up to the description, and the treatment at the tenant takes place in accordance with the agreement with the owner / landlord. HyraBostads is not liable for any losses that may arise in connection with your use, etc. of the services HyraBostads provides. In addition, HyraBostads is not liable for damages due to:

  • Crashes in and / or failing access to IT systems, servers, etc., or destruction / damage / loss, etc. of data in these systems, including can be attributed to the events mentioned below, regardless of the fact that it is HyraBostads which is responsible for the operation of the systems.
  • Power supply or telecommunications failure at HyraBostads.
  • Regulatory remedy.
  • Terror or vandalism (including computer viruses and hacking), riots, riots, sabotage, war or natural disasters.
  • Strike, lockout, boycott or blockade, regardless of whether the conflict is directed at or initiated by HyraBostads itself or its organization, and regardless of the cause of the conflict. This also applies when the conflict only affects parts of HyraBostads.
  • Other circumstances, circumstances and force majeure of any kind that are beyond HyraBostads's control.

End

The agreement ends when the period of the purchased service expires, or the ad is deleted. The period will always be shown on the order and in the receipt, we send to your mail. You can delete your ad at HyraBostads at any time, however, this will mean that the remaining time on the ad and possibly. Purchases will be lost as the remaining time and purchase on the ad cannot be transferred to a new ad.
